Trustair orders S-76C++ as it modernises fleet
U.K.'s Trustair is modernising its fleet with the acquisition of two aircraft. It has ordered an S-76C++ from Lynton Aviation Aircraft Sales. In addition, through Lynton, Trustair has acquired an S-76B. The acquisitions will join a Citation Excel and Trustair's existing Agusta 109E will be phased out. Lynton's Steve Ayling says: "The S-76C++ contract is the third to be signed for a customer within the U.K."

U.K.'s Trustair is modernising its fleet with the acquisition of two aircraft. It has ordered an S-76C++ from Lynton Aviation Aircraft Sales. In addition, through Lynton, Trustair has acquired an S-76B. The acquisitions will join a Citation Excel and Trustair's existing Agusta 109E will be phased out.

Lynton's Steve Ayling says: "The S-76C++ contract is the third to be signed for a customer within the U.K."

He adds: "Favourable exchange rates now place the S-76C++ within reach of many more operators."

Trustair says that factors in its decision to acquire the S-76C++ include an array of options that come as standard. It offers EGPWS, TCAS, dual Mode S w/Diversity, lightning strike protection, UNS-1F FMS, RTU 4200s, satellite communications system, Primus 880 Wx avoidance radar, moving map, a Keystone silencer interior and Sikorsky's 'quiet gearbox' technology.

Lynton Aviation Aircraft Sales and its parent company Oxford Aviation Services are located at Oxford Airport and are subsidiaries of BBA Group.
