EBACE boasts key speakers speakers
According to EBAA and NBAA, several notable industry and government figures will speak at EBACE 2006, including: Sir Ralph Robins, the recently retired Rolls-Royce ceo; Bo Redeborn, Eurocontrol director for air traffic management strategies; and Edward Stimpson, former US ambassador to the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).

According to EBAA and NBAA, several notable industry and government figures will speak at EBACE 2006, including: Sir Ralph Robins, the recently retired Rolls-Royce ceo; Bo Redeborn, Eurocontrol director for air traffic management strategies; and Edward Stimpson, former US ambassador to the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).

Other figures scheduled to attend EBACE 2006 include: Piero Ferrari, vice president of Ferrari, SpA; Patrick Goudou, executive director of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA); Mikolaj Ratajczyk, chairman, Special Task Force on Fractional Ownership for the European Civil Aviation Conference; and the chief executives of many of the world's business aviation associations.

EBACE, which will be held at the Geneva Palexpo, will cover nearly 22,000 square metres, with 1,200 booth spaces reserved by 288 exhibitors. More than 50 business aircraft will also be on static display at nearby Geneva International Airport.

Organisers says the event is poised to be the strongest show in the event's six year history, with more than 9,000 attendees expected, 3,000 of whom are already registered.

EBACE 2006 will also offer informational sessions featuring industry veterans and covering a variety of topics. Experts will discuss new aircraft technologies, and authorities will consider the impact of legislative and regulatory changes for safety, security and environmental protocols.
