Synergy Aviation continues expansion
Synergy Aviation recently announced the addition of a brand new Islander to its busy charter fleet. The aircraft joins Synergy's existing fleet, which includes Piper Senecas and Navajos and King Airs.

Synergy Aviation recently announced the addition of a brand new Islander to its busy charter fleet. The aircraft joins Synergy's existing fleet, which includes Piper Senecas and Navajos and King Airs.

Managing director Glen Heavens commented: "We get lots of requests to operate public transport out of short runways like Elstree and boggy grass airfields like Redhill. The Islander can easily carry a full load of nine passengers plus baggage out of airfields like these."

This aircraft, the latest Islander off the production line, is also ideal for Lands End, the Scilly Isles and many airfields in Scotland's highlands and islands, he said.

It can quickly be reconfigured for six passengers in executive layout or for cargo operations and will operate from both Fairoaks and at Synergy's new base in Gloucester.
