JSSI continues to strengthen the Americas business development team by naming Oscar Martinez, Eric Borgstrom and Darwin Stout to new LATAM and US roles.
Director of business development for LATAM Oscar Martinez.

Jet Support Services has appointed Oscar Martinez as director of business development for Latin America (LATAM), and Eric Borgstrom and Darwin Stout as business development managers focused on the US Midwest and West Coast territories, respectively.

“Oscar, Eric and Darwin have built impressive networks in their respective sales regions and I could not be more excited to welcome them to the team and into their new roles,” says SVP of business development, Americas David Caporali. “With Oscar's unique combination of technical background and sales experience, Eric's strong understanding of the business and proven customer focus, and Darwin's extensive industry experience and copious West Coast relationships, I am confident that JSSI's continued investment in top tier talent will help sustain our trajectory of growth in the Americas market.”

Martinez brings a wealth of industry experience with more than 12 years in the field, including more than six as JSSI's airframe and engine technical advisor in Latin America. With his proven success record and customer focused approach, he has grown naturally into his new role. Through his tenure at JSSI, he has demonstrated outstanding service to the clientele, securing a client retention rate of 91 per cent while managing over 230 contracts. He previously held roles at Air Spares Unlimited where he led the expansion of Boeing Chapter 32 sales, and Coyote Logistics, focused on business development. He earned a BSc in business administration from Central Michigan University.

Stout has more than 30 years of aviation sales and technical experience. Prior to joining JSSI, he held leadership positions at Learjet, Gulfstream, Embraer Executive Jets, Satcom Direct and Bluetail, with his most recent role as the regional sales director, aircraft management at Jet Aviation Flight Services where he managed the Pacific Northwest and northern California US territories. A current aircraft owner and instrument rated commercial pilot, Stout holds an A&P licence with Inspection Authorisation and a BSc in aerospace engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Martinez will oversee JSSI sales activities in Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Panama. Borgstrom will support sales activities in the US Midwest and southeast territories, including Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Stout will support sales activities in the US West Coast territory, which includes Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington and Wyoming, supporting JSSI US West Coast director of business development Manuel Ruanova.
