Renovated Prague lounge marks 15 years for Euro Jet
After 15 years in the business Euro Jet is still expanding its services in terms of geography, quality and technology. The renovated Prague crew lounge, now fully operational, is another example of its need to lead.
The opening of the lounge follows Euro Jet's long-term efforts to deliver exceptional customer experience at airports across its core region.

Euro Jet, the leading ground support service provider in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia, has recently fully opened its renovated VIP crew lounge at Vaclav Havel International airport in Prague, Czech Republic.

The lounge is located in the main building of Terminal 3, which has undergone extensive renovations over the past year. Double the size of the previous lounge, it serves crew and passengers as a place to unwind or get some work done. The lounge is equipped with comfortable couches, on-site computers, internet access as well as a flat-screen television, with complimentary snacks and beverages.

At Prague's Terminal 3, which is reserved for general aviation traffic, Euro Jet runs its own FBO. “Apart from the VIP crew lounge, our operation in Prague includes a heated hangar, ramp vehicles and our own ground handling equipment. We have a local team of 13 airport concierge and ground service coordinators supporting Euro Jet's flights in Prague and five more colleagues working at other Czech airports,” says country manager Vlastimil Sovak.

In the 15 years since it began, Euro Jet has expanded its VIP crew lounge network, which now counts 17 lounges and offices similar to the one in Prague, most notably in Warsaw, Zagreb, Bucharest, Sofia and Tirana.

Euro Jet was founded in 2008 and celebrates its 15th anniversary this year. It has grown to over 200 staff located in more than 30 countries with a direct presence at over 170 airports. With its 24/7 operations control centre based out of Prague, last year the company worked on over 15,000 flights worldwide.

Director of sales Gareth Danker says: “Everything we do is a commitment to our customers. We feel bound to expand our services for them in terms of geography, quality and technology, and to get even better at fulfilling their requirements as quickly and efficiently as possible. I am excited to see what the next 15 years will bring as we look to develop the product and service even more and continue to expand.”
