US MRO specialist Stevens Aerospace and Defense Systems has promoted Travis Fleshman to general manager and John Harris to maintenance manager of its Greenville, South Carolina facility.

Fleshman has been with Stevens since 2014, holds an FAA A&P certificate with IA, is a commercial rated pilot and certified flight instructor, and received aviation degrees from Gulford Technical College and Bob Jones University, where he also earned his master's degree. While at Stevens, Fleshman has held various positions from aircraft technician to maintenance manager.

Harris has been with Stevens since 2004, holds an FAA A&P certificate and received a degree in aviation maintenance from Greenville Technical College. While at Stevens, Harris has held various positions including aircraft technician, crew lead and most recently a customer facing position as technical service representative.

“Travis and John are a formidable team when it comes to aircraft maintenance,” says president Christian Sasfai. “Travis' ability to lead and mentor employees and John's deep technical knowledge of aircraft made this a natural fit.
