Manchester-Boston Regional airport-based Aerospace modification centre Pro Star Aviation has promoted Ed Monaghan III to director of maintenance. Currently experiencing significant growth, Pro Star Aviation is making strategic changes to enhance its team's structure.

Monaghan attended the Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology in Oklahoma and launched his aircraft maintenance career with American Eagle Airlines in Boston, Massachusetts. He joined the Pro Star team in 2005 as an aircraft maintenance technician, moving up to chief inspector.

“I'm enthusiastic and honoured to receive this promotion as the new director of maintenance at Pro Star. This is an opportunity for our team to grow and maximise our capabilities to service business aviation in New England,” he says.

“We are continuously evaluating our employee's successes with a commitment to their development and growth.
