Auclair makes customer coordination all clear at Pro Star
As newly appointed production planning manager, Kristi Auclair brings a background in complex projects and coordination to her work with the sales team to provide customised customer service.

Manchester-Boston Regional airport, New Hampshire-based aerospace modification centre Pro Star Aviation has promoted Kristi Auclair to production planning manager.

Auclair joined Pro Star Aviation in 2018 as a special missions programme assistant where she was responsible for ensuring effective processes and procedures through all stages of the project life cycle. She has over 10 years of experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing programmes to deliver key customer metrics.

“With an extensive background in complex projects and coordination, Kristi will work with our sales team and provide customised service to our customers,” says general manager Sean Peterson. “From schedule coordination to invoicing, she will be a crucial contributor to providing exceptional customer service.”

Pro Star Aviation has experienced significant growth in the business aviation market and has increased efforts to align its internal development to meet those needs.
