West Star gains Chattanooga maintenance trainer
With his many years of aviation and training experience, Joe Irwin will be hugely beneficial to the West Star Aviation MRO at Lovell Field.

US MRO West Star Aviation has welcomed Joe Irwin as aviation maintenance technical trainer at its Lovell Field facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Irwin has spent 20 years in the US Air Force as an F-16 crew chief, completing his military career in 2014 as a training manager at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona. He has a degree in occupational education with an emphasis on instructional design and course development. He says: “I appreciate the opportunity to continue my career with West Star and apply my skills and expertise to the team.”
