Englert to manage Dallas' St. Louis facility
Mike Englert's experience includes his 13-year tenure at Dallas Airmotive in field service and RTC leadership roles, as well as multiple director of maintenance roles prior to joining the Dallas Airmotive team.
Upon the retirement of former St. Louis Regional Turbine Center general manager Doug Gannaway, Englert will begin leading the RTC's daily operations.

Dallas Airmotive, a Signature Aviation Global Engine Services (GES) company, has promoted Mike Englert to general manager of its Regional Turbine Center (RTC) in St. Louis, Missouri, effective in April. Upon retirement of former St. Louis RTC general manager Doug Gannaway, Englert will begin leading the RTC's daily operations and customer support functions.

Englert is A&P-certified with IA privileges and has more than 35 years of aircraft maintenance experience including his 13-year tenure at Dallas Airmotive in field service and RTC leadership roles, as well as multiple director of maintenance roles prior to joining the Dallas Airmotive team.

“We are confident Mike will do very well leading the St. Louis RTC, just as he did when he managed Dallas Airmotive's PW500 hot section shop within Cessna Wichita for several years,” says Jeff Turner, Dallas Airmotive VP of sales and service. “We are excited for Mike to transition into the role, and we wish Doug Gannaway all the best in his retirement and thank him for many years of service to the organisation and expert support of our customers.”

Englert says he looks forward to continuing the legacy of expert support and leadership Gannaway put in place over his tenure at the St. Louis RTC and within the company: “I am proud of Dallas Airmotive and in being a part of a team that reveres professionalism so highly. I recognise the demand of operators concerning aircraft availability and cost of operation, and I look forward to using that knowledge and my experience with FAA Part 91, 135 and 145 operations and business management to best support our customers.”

One of 10 RTCs in the GES service network, Dallas Airmotive's St. Louis RTC operates at the Spirit of St. Louis airport in Chesterfield, Missouri and offers fly-in support for aircraft requiring service on Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A, JT15D and PW500 engines. The RTC's engine services offered includes hot section inspections, bleed valve repair, power section repair, over-torque, lightning strike and sudden stoppage repairs, fuel nozzle exchange kits, same-day flow checks and other line maintenance and troubleshooting support. PW500 engine support also includes operators on P&WC's Eagle Service Plan.
