Troy Nail to hammer home Duncan airframe service
Troy Nail went to school while working weekends at Duncan Aviation to earn his A&P License. His dedication has paid off, as he has now been hired to manage the airframe service sales team at Lincoln and Provo.
Troy Nail will be collaborating with the other Duncan Aviation sales managers in Battle Creek, Michigan, and Lincoln, Nebraska, to strategically guide sales efforts.

Duncan Aviation has named Troy Nail as airframe service sales manager. He will manage the airframe service sales team at Duncan's Lincoln, Nebraska, and Provo, Utah, facilities.

“Nineteen years ago, Troy joined our airframe maintenance team, taking the extra steps to learn everything he could to deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service,” reveals Ryan Huss, Duncan Aviation director of sales. “His dedication hasn't stopped. From the hangar floor to the sales desk, he develops strong relationships with customers to identify not only what they want but what they need.”

Huss says that Nail is a vital part of the overall Duncan Aviation sales leadership team. “Troy will be collaborating with the other Duncan Aviation sales managers in Battle Creek, Michigan, and Lincoln, Nebraska, to strategically guide sales efforts, build customer relationships and increase market share.”

After serving four years in the US Army, Nail joined Duncan Aviation in 2001 as an airframe technician. In the years since, he advanced quickly to positions of increased responsibility and leadership, namely airframe lead technician, airframe team leader and, most recently, Bombardier airframe service sales representative.
