GrandView Aviation, headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, which operates a fleet of Phenom 300 light jets across the United States, is offering members an upgraded rewards platform through its newly created Miles Program. Those enrolled in the programme will be able to earn miles on charter flights that can be redeemed for catering, flight credits and other amenities. The company has divided the programme into two tiers: Altitude Miles and Altitude Plus Miles, in an effort to address all levels of customer flying frequency.

Both of the programmes offer eligibility to earn miles to redeem for rewards, utilisation of GrandView's flexible cancellation policy and inclusion in member-exclusive emails with one way and empty leg specials. The Altitude Miles level provides enrolment at no cost for those interested in joining the programme. For more frequent fliers, the Altitude Plus Miles programme requires prepayment prior to enrolment. Members who elect to sign up for this level are entitled to a 10 per cent discount on flight charges and a $200 catering credit per day.

GrandView expects to continue its expansion into new regions to provide additional geographical coverage for clients. In addition to its Baltimore, Austin, Chicago and Atlanta locations, the company plans to launch an additional base this autumn in Scottsdale, Arizona. The company says its Phenom 300 aircraft provide exceptional range that outperforms most light jets. This fleet, in tandem with its rotor wing counterpart, allows for a high degree of utility to support GrandView's dedication to charter and medical missions.
