APP completes full renovation at Manassas
APP Jet Center won an area-wide competition for the right to build a new office and hangar facility to be available next year. Meanwhile a major refurbishment of its FBO has been completed.
APP Jet Center has revelaed its fully refurbished Manassas airport FBO.

APP Jet Center has completed a full renovation of its FBO at Manassas Regional airport in Washington, DC. Construction of an 18,000 sq ft hangar/office facility is under way and its purchase of a 12,000 sq ft hangar/office facility has been finalised. Together, these new facilities will increase APP's total hangar space at Manassas to 250,000 sq ft.

“We are very excited to provide our Manassas clients with a fresh, new, upscale experience at APP Jet Center,” says APP Properties CEO Thom Harrow. “This entire project was designed with our clients' needs top of mind.”

The million-dollar renovation was managed by NFI Interiors and BDA Architects. The mid-century modern design is a signature style of APP Jet Center FBOs. The renovated facility includes an expanded main lobby and crew areas; new snooze rooms, conference room and shower facilities; and the addition of a full galley. Manassas general manager Quinn Redden adds: “Our APP team is very proud of its new surroundings. We're honoured to offer this first-class facility to our loyal clients and our growing list of new customers.”

APP's overall portfolio now extends to 700,000 sq ft of hangar facilities across four locations: Denver, Colorado; Fort Pierce, Florida (Treasure Coast); Hayward, California (San Francisco); and Manassas, Virginia (Washington, DC).
