ACC acquires asset manager Aerotask
The acquisition of Dubai-based Aerotask brings not only a greater Middle East presence for ACC but furthers its global reach for bespoke asset management and advisory solutions.

UK-headquartered ACC Aviation Group has acquired global aviation consultancy Aerotask. Complementing ACC's established capabilities across ACMI leasing, aircraft charter and the aircraft seats aftermarket, the Dubai-based business offers a suite of bespoke asset management and advisory solutions to airlines, lessors, investors and financial institutions across the globe.

ACC CEO Phil Mathews comments: “The incorporation of Aerotask as part of the ACC Aviation Group represents a significant milestone in the journeys of both organisations. Aerotask reinforces our presence within the Middle East, expanding our existing revenue lines and allowing us to provide a market-leading end-to-end service offering to our global airline partners.

“Through our cultural synergies and shared commitment to continued growth and development, we look forward to realising the potential of a strengthened organisation that is greater than the sum of its parts.”

Aerotask CEO Rob Watts adds: “Aerotask has dedicated itself to fostering strong client relationships and attracting and developing the aviation industry's most talented and experienced professionals, and we are pleased to be joining an organisation that shares those same values and commitments. This exciting new chapter as part of the ACC Aviation Group provides a foundation upon which to accelerate the growth of our business. We look forward to working with Phil and his team as we realise the full value of joining this truly global organisation.”
