The Luxaviation Group has been issued with an AOC from San Marino, enabling it to expand management and operational choices for its clients. It is the 15th AOC registered by the group.

The San Marino AOC has been live since 2 January and will operate under San Marino civil aviation rules and the Luxaviation Group's safety regulations, which adhere to Wyvern standards.

Chief aviation officer Robert Fisch, previous MD of Luxaviation Luxembourg, has been appointed MD of the San Marino operation. He says: “The San Marino AOC has proven instantly popular with our customers, with three aircraft from Europe, South Africa and the Middle East already receiving their T7 tail numbers. We expect to see many new customers joining the AOC, particularly those with specific needs for large cabin certification.

“Our customers depend on us for high quality service, and we will continue to bolster that reputation by ensuring all operations meet our industry-leading standards across the board.”

President of the San Marino Aircraft Registry David Colindres adds: “In San Marino, we have structured our registration service to maximise benefits for aircraft owners, which we can now offer to Luxaviation's customers.”

Luxaviation Group currently manages more than 270 fixed wing aircraft and 50 helicopters.
