Jet Flight Service, with its headquarters in Moscow, has opened a new maintenance service centre in Riga which belongs to its strategic plan of developing its maintenance and engineering services to international clients. The new maintenance facility will provide line and base maintenance services for Embraer aircraft( Legacy 450/500/600/650) and Gulfstream aircraft(G350/450/550/650).

Jet Flight Service has appointed Frantisek Budin to the position of base maintenance manager of its new maintenance facility in Riga. Frantisek Budin joins the company with immediate effect. His extensive skills in aircraft maintenance and experience of working with Embraer aircraft mean that his is a seamless match for his new role with Jet Flight Service.

Frantisek Budin is well known in aviation world thanks to his extensive knowledge and experience with Embraer business aircraft, in which he has specialized for the last 15 years, and aircraft maintenance where he has worked almost 30 years. Prior to joining Jet Flight Service, he spent 13 years with ABS Jets as base maintenance manager and technical director where his main responsibilities were aircraft deliveries, incoming and pre-buy inspections, budgeting and forecasting for maintenance department.
