Club328 meets demand for light jets with Beechcraft Premier Is

Club328 has purchased four brand-new Premier I and IA aircraft, making it Raytheon's biggest single Premier I customer worldwide. The Southampton-based operator intends to base at least one of the aircraft in the south of France.

Belgians secure infrastructure for fleet growth

Cessna has selected the AirCell Axxess satcom system as a factory option on its Citation X, Sovereign and XLS business jets. The multi-channel, wireless system is designed for medium-to-large aircraft.

SFD goes back to its roots with managed King Air C90

Stuttgarter Flugdienst (SFD) has added a King Air C90 to its fleet. The managed turboprop, which joins six Cessna Citation jets, arrived in Stuttgart in the middle of November. The aircraft is the first turboprop in the fleet since 1997, when the company operated two King Air 200s, as well as a pair of Citations. Managing director Andreas Mundsinger explained the choice of aircraft: "In the southern part of Germany especially, many operators sold their King Airs because their passengers want to fly on jets.

Triple Alpha Luftfahrtgesellschaft has acquired a CitationJet. It has been operating the aircraft type since 1997 but when the opportunity arose to lease this aircraft from its French owner, Triple was eager to take it on.

Bombardier plans debut for Rockwell Collins eXchange

Rockwell Collins has announced that its eXchange broadband data and live TV solution will debut on Samsung Techwin's two Bombardier Express XRS business jets, as well as on a Global 5000 demonstrator aircraft. A third undisclosed customer has also selected eXchange for its Global Express XRS.

Boeing logs sales milestone and unveils third BBJ model

Boeing Business Jets announced that it is offering a new, more spacious BBJ. The new product is a business jet version of the Boeing's next-generation 737-900ER commercial jetliner. It offers 35 per cent more cabin space than the BBJ and 11 per cent more than the BBJ2.
