ExecuJet Aviation Group restructures European charter services

The ExecuJet Aviation Group has announced plans to expand their European charter services in a bid to create an even more optimised and personalised service for clients, owners and brokers. ExecuJet Europe will increase the availability and flexibility of charter aircraft by offering access to the full European fleet from any of their European Charter offices. The company will be represented at EBACE 2009 from May 12-14 in Geneva, Switzerland in Hall 6, Booth 354.

The strategy incorporates the edition of the recently established Charter Call Centre and Sales office in London, which compliments Europe's existing charter offices in Zurich and Moscow. ExecuJet's UK base also features a private passenger lounge at London City Airport's Jet Centre which adds another level of customer service to complement the flight operations and aircraft management support services that are already provided by ExecuJet's UK Operations Department.

The reshaping of the Charter organisation came together with the creation of a Pan-European aircraft operation division, led by Peter Hartmann with the specialised role of Aircraft Operations Director. The position of Managing Director Europe has been taken over by Cedric Migeon, previously Group Director Strategic and Business Planning, who commented "With three charter offices strategically located in Europe we are able to provide our clients with dedicated key account managers who will maintain a close relationship to owners, clients and brokers alike. Only by a deep and detailed knowledge of every procedure and aircraft can we make sure that we increase availability, flexibility and the quality of our service".

New arrivals to the European Charter Fleet

The ExecuJet Aviation Group has also confirmed new arrivals to its European Charter fleet: a Challenger 300 which will be based in Basel, Switzerland, a Challenger 605 based in Moscow, Russia as well as a Challenger 850 which is based in Kiev, Ukraine. This addition reflects the current charter trend which is going towards less demand for smaller jets and stable bookings for heavy jets.

In other ExecuJet regions including Asia Pacific and the Middle East the trends are similar to those in Europe. ExecuJet Australia has identified a high demand for wide body jets from International clients who prefer the privacy and flexibility that private charter provides. ExecuJet Middle East has seen a heightened demand for Global 5000s, which is the most popular charter aircraft in the region.

NBAA endorses ExecuJet's safety record

ExecuJet Europe has received this year's NBAA Flying Safety Award, satisfying NBAA criteria that the company has set an exemplary safety record. ExecuJet will obtain its formal certificate from NBAA in July.
