JetSupport receives AS9110C quality management system certification

JetSupport has been successfully certified for the aviation standard for quality management systems, called AS9110C (technically equivalent to EN 9110:2016 and SJAC 9110:B).

“Compliance with airworthiness standards are in the company's DNA, but do not necessarily add value for the end user,” says Ton van Deursen, CEO of JetSupport.

“Being a customer centric company, AS9110C helped us to revise our compliance procedures with an extra eye on quality to further increase customer satisfaction. This is accomplished through the reduction or elimination of organization-unique requirements, effective implementation of the quality management system and wider application of good practices.”
