NHV is pleased to announce that it has received ISO 9001:2015 certification after a months-long process that involved careful analysis of all of its business processes. Its goal in pursuing certification was to better understand and meet the needs of its stakeholders while demonstrating commitment to quality, accountability and continuous improvement in carrying out its mission.

The term ISO stands for ‘International Organization for Standardization’. ISO 9001 is designed to help organizations ensure that their quality management system (QMS) and processes meet the needs of their customers and other stakeholders. The fact that NHV received the certification, which must be renewed at regular intervals, means that an independent registrar has audited the organization’s QMS and certified that it meets ISO 9001 requirements.
