On Air Dining selected to deliver training at revolutionary new flight attendant institute

On Air Dining, the leading executive in-flight culinary specialist and concierge, has been selected as the only UK based company to partner with the world's first, comprehensive professional flight attendant training school, DaVinci Inflight Training Institute, which officially launched this week in Florida, USA.

Daniel Hulme, On Air Dining CEO, will be teaching a one day course in modern culinary techniques and molecular gastronomy at the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport based school which has been created by founder, Paula Kraft and her business partner, the well-known business aviation cabin safety trainer, Scott Arnold. The school will operate from a purpose built 6,500 square foot facility and will feature instructors and subject matter experts hailing from a broad spectrum of the business aviation world and who are active leaders in their field.

Daniel Hulme and On Air Dining have become synonymous with developing contemporary methods of creating the highest standard of food and Hulme will be using this experience to teach students about the physical and biological effects that flying has on the human taste experience and how food, created to be eaten at altitude, differs from food on the ground. As well as the science, he will be talking about modern presentation methods and cooking techniques, such as sous vide, and the way to use different varieties of salt and umami flavours to produce the best taste.
