Empire Aviation Group affiliate in India awarded 'Non-Scheduled Operator's Permit' (NSOP) enabling private aircraft management, operations and charter services

Empire Aviation Group (EAG) affiliate, Empire Aircraft Management Services Private Limited (EAMSPL), has been awarded a Non-Scheduled Operator's Permit (NSOP) by the Civil Aviation Department in India. The new NSOP will enable EAMSPL to provide aircraft management, operations and charter services in support of private aircraft in India. The first aircraft managed and operated in India under the NSOP is an Embraer Legacy 650, which will also be available for charter.

Dubai-based Empire Aviation Group is marking its 10th anniversary at Dubai Air Show 2017, where the company is presenting its aircraft management, aircraft sales and charter services at a dedicated pavilion, alongside a new division providing aircraft brokerage services. EAG will also have an Embraer Legacy 650 business jet on static display and which is also available for sale.

Paras P. Dhamecha, managing director of Empire Aviation Group, said: "The India NSOP is great news for EAMSPL; this means it can build on its existing services to offer a broader range of integrated private aviation services, to meet the demands of one of the most exciting aviation markets in the world. Over the last 10 years, we have built EAG into a global player in private aviation services and a Dubai aviation success story. Our distinctive aircraft asset management strategy has proved to be very successful, attracting aircraft owners from across the world."

Today, Empire Aviation Group is one of the leading private aviation companies in the Middle East with one of the region's largest managed fleets of business jets and more than 20 aircraft under management.

Since launching in Dubai in 2007, the group has developed into a global player with operations in the leading private aviation regions, including the USA, Europe, India, Africa and Hong Kong, in addition to the Middle East. EAG now holds AOCs in the UAE and San Marino. The company has just been awarded the Aircraft Managed Services Provider 2017, by Aviation Business Middle East.
