ExecuJet becomes sole handling agent in Zürich for Surf Air

ExecuJet, part of the Luxaviation Group, has today announced the successful launch of a new partnership with Surf Air, which sees ExecuJet becoming the sole handling agent for the airline at Zürich Airport.

Surf Air is now offering three flights weekly between Zürich and London. Surf Air’s first Zürich to London flight departed on 25 September 2017 from ExecuJet’s Zürich FBO, after a wet send-off from the local fire brigade who hailed the aircraft with a water salute.

Ettore Poggi, group FBO director for the Luxaviation Group, says: “As the premier handling agent at Zürich Airport, ExecuJet’s collaboration with Surf Air is a natural partnership between two companies which pride themselves on offering a consistent level of service to customers who expect the best. Surf Air customers will benefit from the use of our spacious private VIP lounge, and pilots will be able to enjoy their own dedicated lounge area, both of which are located away from crowds to ensure an efficient, discreet and delay-free service.

“The Luxaviation Group is committed to maintaining high standards by using the most comprehensive assessments available. This month, we have also announced that our Zürich FBO is the first FBO in Switzerland to be Stage 2 accredited by the International Standard for Business Aviation Handling (IS-BAH), demonstrating to Surf Air customers the expertise and safety we will bring to their experience.”
