Harmony Jets

Aircraft Management

Press Release

Harmony Jets hails "revolution for smart business jet owners"

Harmony Jets has launched as, what it claims, is the first private jet management company built as an extension of the owners' family office. Aircraft are managed using a "radical transparency" concept, with no hidden or extra costs, and no commissions.

Harmony Jets is a Valletta based company granted by Transport Malta, one of the safest aircraft registries in Europe. The company provides aircraft management services, charter flights, operational support, maintenance and all activities relating to aircraft operations.

Its Part 145 certified maintenance services centre is in Avignon, France. The MRO provides a 1,660 sq. meter facility, workshop and stores supporting each airplane within the fleet.

“The revolution lies in the relationship between Harmony and the jet owners. We founded this structure to be the support needed by the owners' family offices. In essence, they are not customers but partners. And as partners we value full transparency in the management of their airplane” commented Pierre-Olivier Edouard, CEO of Harmony Jets.

“The concept of "radical transparency" is our core value. Each of the private jet owners has direct access to his or her account through our in-house developed software, allowing access to control and pay each invoice directly to the service provider. Our maintenance centre does the rest of the work by limiting costs with integrated services all year long, avoiding high bills and keeping up with all the value of the aircraft,” added Foued Ramoul, managing director of Harmony Jets.

This philosophy has allowed Harmony Jets to start its operation with four Falcon Jets and one Beechcraft. It plans to operate up to 12 jets by 2018.
