Titan Aviation adds Global 6000

Titan Aviation has welcomed a new Global 6000 to its managed fleet and the aircraft has been handed over to the operations team at Titan's operating base in Al Bateen Airport, Abu Dhabi. The aircraft will be managed and operated by Titan Aviation for exclusive private use by its owner.

Configured to accommodate 15 passengers in utmost comfort and luxury in three cabin zones, the luxurious jet offers maximum comfort for short and long distance flights. The aircraft is equipped with state-of-the-art features such as high speed voice and data (Ka Band) communication and the most advanced in-flight entertainment. The cockpit crew is pleased with the Vision Flight Deck, which features heads up display (HUD) and a synthetic vision system (SVS), and the flight operations department has established a paperless cockpit environment for them.

Capt. Sakeer C. Sheik, managing director of Titan Aviation said “We are excited to add the Global 6000 to our fleet, on behalf of the owner. We are aware of its true performance and we look forward to serve the owners with all of their flight requirements. With 15 passenger capacity, we are able to fly their entire family for leisure trips besides frequent business trips. The greatest advantage with this new machine is that there is no range restriction anymore for the owners. The owners have been active flyers on the same family of aircraft for many years.” He added that Global 6000 has excellent dispatch reliability and Bombardier product support is also world class around the globe.

The chief pilot of Titan Aviation, who is a veteran Global pilot, lauds the Global 6000 for its versatility and performance: “I have flown Globals many years and I am very impressed of the climb performance which allows us in most cases to climb up to FL450 right after T/O. HUD and SVS improve our safety during poor visibility. The flight deck reduces our work load which ensures a safe and more productive out put from the crew.” He and his team of pilots along with the maintenance team at Titan Aviation are currently working on various process improvements to ensure the owner gets the best out of his private jet.
