Time Air, one of central Europe's most innovative business jet operators, today announced the launch of the Greytscale aircraft management program. This turnkey program gives new owners access to their own aircraft at a lower total cost of ownership than comparable jets on the market.

The cost savings have been proven on Time Air's Nextant fleet over five years. They result from the unique combination of the 400XTi's unrivaled value proposition and the operator's proven ability to generate consistently high levels of charter demand when the owner is not flying. Time Air is showcasing a Nextant 400XTi in Greytscale livery at this year's European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) in the Nextant Aerospace static display #SD18.

“The Greytscale program makes aircraft ownership simple, accessible and cost effective,” said Time Air managing director Martin Pražský. “We have flown over 8,300 hours on our Nextant fleet and will soon accept delivery of our fifth 400XTi. Its 3,700 km range, best-in-class operating costs and roomy cabin make it the ideal launch platform for the Greytscale program.”

The Greytscale program delivers the great value of aircraft ownership without the time-consuming management responsibilities or regulatory complexity. When the owner is not using the aircraft, Time Air makes it available to earn revenue on the charter market. All aircraft in the Greytscale program feature the same black, white and grey livery and cabin design to give a consistent charter experience.

“Each customer has a different expectation for charter revenue based on their flying patterns and financial requirements,” said Mr. Pražský. The program will start with the remanufactured Nextant 400XTi and will be scalable to other premium aircraft. “We can provide broad flexibility because wehave flown our 400XTis at an average of 750 hours per year for the last five years and are confident in our ability to market available hours.”
