Users of Avinode's TripManager, the only sales management system for brokers, and the SchedAero flight operations and charter sales system can now enjoy the benefits of added functionality which enables the management of jet card programs.

Operators, brokers and flight departments can use the new 'Jet Card' module to record hours flown and account balances on jet cards alongside all the other flight and booking data held on TripManager and SchedAero.

Annika Abraham, Avinode's managing director, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia, says: “End-customers, brokers, and operators all love the convenience of jet cards, so adding the 'Jet Card' module to TripManager and SchedAero benefits everyone. Corporate flight departments within large organizations will also be able to use the new module to track departmental jet cards. We also plan to bring this functionality into our suite of mobile applications, so jet card owners can be in control from wherever they need to be.”

The 'Jet Card' module is available free of charge to all users of TripManager and SchedAero. Users simply need to set up each customer's jet card on the system, including details such as the current hours available and the expiration date. Operators and brokers can then, for example, reflect jet card usage on customer invoices and create reports to see the total usage of all jet card clients for a specific time period.

TripManager is the only sales management system designed specifically for business aviation charter brokers. The benefits of the system include allowing brokers to create professional quotes rapidly by automating repetitive data entry tasks. All key information is held in one place, accessible 24/7 from anywhere in the world.

SchedAero is a web-based aircraft and crew scheduling system for operators, flight departments, and private aircraft owners. Users have access to software allowing activities including scheduling, quoting invoicing, customer management and more.
