Asian Sky Group's sales and acquisitions showcase impressive start to 2017

Following a busy first quarter of 2017, culminating with a positive appearance at the Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE) in Shanghai, Hong Kong-based business aviation consulting firm Asian Sky Group (ASG) has just completed one of its most successful starts to a new year.

Several transactions are currently underway, exemplifying ASG's strong sales and acquisition capabilities, as well as its extensive global reach. ASG is handling the sale of one China-based Cessna Citation CJ1+ to a buyer in the US, along with the sale of a UK-based CJ1+ to a buyer in China. Also included is the sale of an Asia-based BBJ, which will remain in the region and a Falcon 900LX being sold from Hong Kong to a US buyer. Helicopter transactions remain strong also, with an Indonesia-based Bell 412EP being sold to a buyer in India, as well as a Brunei-based Airbus H145 being sold to a buyer in Mexico. ASG will also acquire a Gulfstream G200 into its inventory and is active on the commercial aircraft side with the sale of six EMB145s from the region into Eastern Europe.

“2017 has already been a busy year for ASG, in all aspects of our services and across all business units — which is ultimately an indication of how much clients trust us for their business aviation support,” says ASG managing director, Jeffrey Lowe. “Regarding sales and acquisitions, we are continuing to leverage our network, skillset and widespread regional knowledge to achieve the best possible result for all our clients.”

To support its sales and acquisition activities, in addition to the head office in Hong Kong, ASG has offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Johannesburg. ASG recently expanded to cover Latin America, as well.

ASG released its highly-anticipated Asia Pacific Business Jet Fleet Report for YE 2016 at ABACE. The report was well received by the industry, with hundreds of hard copies delivered and thousands of digital copies downloaded.
