Flightworx adds new department to make trip planning easier for clients

Flightworx, a leading flight solutions support company, is launching a new client services department to help streamline operations, enabling the company to better serve its clients.

Led by Sara Nieddu, client services manager, the new department has been created to put various aspects of trip planning in one place, including all fuel operations and pricing requests, as well as all ATOL protected transport, flight and hotel bookings for clients under the well-established Travelworx name. Additional support is provided by Flightworx’s 24-7 operations team, which ensures clients receive a highly streamlined and responsive service around the clock. 

The addition of this department follows the company’s ISO 9001:2015 quality standard certification last year, which reflects Flightworx’s commitment to maintaining and improving its systems and processes to deliver industry-leading services and products to customers.
