Avinode positions brokers for growth with enhanced TripManager system

Avinode is launching a suite of new features for its TripManager sales management system that will help charter brokers grow by identifying their top customers and improving service.

TripManager, the only sales management system designed specifically for brokers, now helps users identify the customers likeliest to make a booking by automatically analyzing their purchase history. Other new features help brokers improve service through powerful data management tools and a more efficient workflow.

A redesigned customer database puts the complete records for each contact at the broker's fingertips, permitting a personalized service consistently in line with the customer's preferences.

Through a new, customizable calendar and map display, brokers can see all trips and customer events at a glance, keeping them in the picture 24/7. Calendar events can also be synchronized with other desktop and mobile calendar applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, to ensure brokers never need miss a deadline.

The time-consuming process of preparing quotations is transformed through TripManager's integration with the Avinode Marketplace, the world's leading online marketplace for buying and selling air charter. Using a new summary quotation generator, brokers can create an attractive, branded summary of aircraft options at the click of a mouse, ready for emailing to the customer. The automatic population of summary fields with Avinode Marketplace data eliminates the rekeying of data and risks of manual error.

Quote preparation is further simplified through a 'recent quotes' feature, which enables brokers to instantly locate and continue work on a previously developed quotation.
