RUAG achieves approvals for Bombardier Challenger CL604 and CL605 in Geneva

RUAG Aviation has announced the extension of its EASA Part 145 maintenance organisation and FAA approvals to include line maintenance for the Bombardier Challenger CL604 and CL605 at its facilities in Geneva. At the same time, the company has also confirmed the supplement to the approvals for Malaysian registered aircraft.

“Both of these achievements are significant for our customers. These approvals allow us to prove our reliable maintenance support and expertise on their behalf, providing them with individualised services according to their needs and schedules,” confirms David Ricklin, general manager Geneva site, RUAG Aviation. “We are delighted to welcome owners and operators of both Challenger CL604 and CL605 aircraft to our facilities. They can expect an enhanced portfolio of services, as well as flexibility, guaranteed aircraft availability, and a dedication to cost transparency.”

The extended approvals are set to expand RUAG Aviation's customer base in Geneva. Those customers frequenting the Geneva airport are able to rely on RUAG for line maintenance services as well as experience the RUAG Aviation FBO.

In fact, the full-service FBO maintains a solid reputation for discreet service, VIP handling, and pilot and crew services. “We invite our customers to enjoy complete privacy in their own protected space for relaxation as well as the pursuit of personal business. Our customers' individual requirements are our priority, and dedication to courtesy our mission,” states David Ricklin.

Inclusion of Bombardier Challenger CL604 and CL605 approvals deepens the selection of OEM platforms served by RUAG Aviation in Geneva. The location is an authorised service centre for Dassault Falcon customers who are already benefiting from the aircraft provider's one-stop shop solutions.

RUAG Aviation in Geneva has also added Malaysian registered aircraft to its comprehensive list of certification rights. In addition to EASA approvals, the service provider holds existing rights for aircraft with USA FAA, Saudi Arabia, Russia, UAE Dubai, TCCA Canada, Aruba, Bermuda, Equatorial Guinea, and Cayman registration.
