Flight Consulting Group expands services with new stage of development in Kazakhstan

Since this summer representatives of Flight Consulting Group have been working in Kazakhstan at the International Airport “Almaty” (UAAA) and the International Airport “Astana” (UACC), through which the main stream of flight operations is run. Thus Flight Consulting Group has expanded its geographical presence, offering its existing and new clients services of the highest quality in the territory of Kazakhstan. Now under the control of FCG Ops, its representatives work in all the airports in Lithuania, Estonia, Belarus, as well as in Latvia, where in September 2015, the holding opened FBO Riga.

Flight Consulting Group provides flight operations support all around the world and the holding pays special attention to the busiest areas. Having supervisors at an airport allows the company to raise the level of provided services, and a significant flow allows the optimisation of costs. The new representative offices are based in two main airports in which up to 80% of Kazakhstan business aviation traffic is concentrated, but handling maintenance flights can be provided at any airport in the region. Customers are offered a full range of airport services: fueling, VIP passenger service organization, transfer and accommodation of crews, catering, as well as obtaining and updating landing permits, including very urgent ones.

FCG Ops' dispatch center which performs the overall coordination is situated in Riga.

This work stream is justified: three new contracts were signed at the EBACE show in Geneva in May of this year with clients who are actively maintained and based in Kazakhstan.

"We are positive about the business aviation market in the East, which has seen steady growth over the past years. This factor is due to the expansion of our holding services geography" Sergei Starkov the head of FCG Ops concluded.
