Global Jet's charter fleet in expansion

Swiss-based Global Jet is thrilled to announce the entry of two brand-new products in to its charter portfolio.

With 10 Falcons already available for charter, Global Jet has expanded its Falcon family, the largest in Europe, with a brand new Falcon 900LX. With a range approaching 4,200 nm, this tri-jet can fly with ease any intercontinental route in a straighter flight path than its competing products. For comparable missions and load, a Falcon 900LX is lighter than its competitors' aircraft and benefits from more performant aerodynamics, meaning significantly less fuel consumption than the competition. Lower emissions of CO2 and other pollutants are another positive impact on the environment.

This Geneva-based 12-seater jet is fully available for charter starting early August. Passengers will enjoy Wi-Fi along with a full complement of entertainment and connectivity tools in an exceptionally user-friendly format on board. “We operate several Falcon 900s and the Falcon 900LX is a great addition to our very reliable tri-jet fleet. ” states Leonard Bertholet, charter sales director, Global Jet.

In addition to its A318 Elite and A319, Global Jet is hitting strong once more. The company has just received its latest addition to sustain its ultra-long range fleet, a spectacular Embraer Lineage 1000. This VVIP airliner from the Brazilian manufacturer is a very spacious and reliable product that has proven its capabilities in the airline industry for several years now. Flexibly placed between London and Dubai, this wide-body can reach with its commercial range of 4,400nm any major popular city pair. The VIP airliner can accommodate up to 19 passengers within its five large distinct cabin zones allowing them to work, dine or simply relax in a luxurious and spacious environment. The cherry on the pie of this state-of-the-art aircraft are the two queen size beds for a “home away from home” sensation.

“We are immensely proud of these past months' achievements and believe that the enrolment of this Lineage 1000 under management with charter availability is the best step for us to expand the EMEA market. With these two new charter products we are strengthening our position as key-player in the industry with over 30 aircraft available for charter. Our aircraft owners entrust us with their most valuable assets knowing that they will be looked after with best of care and are operated by our very high qualified crews” concludes Bjorn Naberhuis, vice president of business development.
