The opening of Prime Gusto starts the partnership announced at EBACE 2016 between SEA Prime S.p.A, the airport manager for business aviation at Milano Linate Prime, and Gate Gourmet Italia, leading company in on board catering and food services.

The new Bar and Restaurant Prime Gusto at Milano Linate Prime offers to both crew and passengers a unique eno-gastronomic experience both on ground and on board, with a catering service in line with the high standards of services expected by business aviation passengers, both Italian and international.

The partnership with Gate Gourmet Italia fits with SEA Prime's wider strategy of widening the already extensive portfolio of services, through agreements with the best operators, to guarantee the highest levels of excellence.

The Bar and Restaurant Prime Gusto is designed to portray to customers the quality of the service, perfectly adapted to the new environment that represents and identifies the terminal Milano Linate Prime after the recently completed restyling .

Prime Gusto offers to passengers, crews, clients and BMW Business Center guests, the best eno-gastronomic excellence with the typical products of Italian tradition.

Menus are prepared by expert chefs and maîtres patisseries to combine variety, seasonality and taste with the elegant atmosphere.

The challenge of Prime Gusto is to combine, with the best balance and always with the highest standard, an offer of meals and quick snacks, with customised menus, also last minute as required for a on board catering, delivering the same food quality and taste even at high altitudes.

Prime Gusto opens with a full choice starting from cured meats and cheeses DOP and IGP, to the typical Milanese cutlet, in tribute to the territory, and lime rice pudding, from pizza margherita made with bufala cheese to strawberries or figs tiramisu made by chef Pedron. For the lovers of international cuisine, there are also oriental meals. Also available are lighter meals and a range of tasty salads with appetising ingredients.

SEA Prime SpA was born in 2015 after the acquisition from SEA of ATA Ali Trasporti Aerei SpA and ATA Ali Servizi SpA companies, occurred in December 2013, and after a rebranding operation of the company and a restyling of Milano Linate Prime business aviation airport.

SEA Prime manages all the airport infrastructures including the terminal, nine hangars, passengers and crews' lounges and the BMW Business Centre. Milano Linate Prime, first fixed-base operator (FBO) in Italy with more than 22.600 movements in 2015, manages a 67,000 sqm apron, nine hangars in 19,000 sqm, as well as a fuel tank for refuelling operations.
