BHS Helicopterservice located in Bamberg, Germany, is now a partner of DC Aviation located in Stuttgart. As part of this partnership, DC Aviation has expanded its operating license to the commercial use of helicopters. This enables DC Aviation to operate and charter helicopters, in addition to business jets, in the future.

BHS Helicopterservice was established in 2008 and handles the factory helicopter travel for automobile supplier, Brose with two helicopters of the type Airbus Helicopters H135 and AgustaWestland AW109SP. Within the scope of the collaboration with DC Aviation, the helicopters can now also be used for the commercial transport of passengers.

“The basis of our trusting and partnership-based collaboration is the many years of experience both companies have in the operation of business jets and helicopters. In the future, four helicopters at the Bamberg, Stuttgart and Zurich locations will ensure that we can respond flexibly, efficiently, and quickly to every situation and requirement”, explains Michael Kuhn, ceo of DC Aviation.

This puts us in a position to guarantee the security of our customers' flight plans independent from the weather.
