Jet Edge welcomes second Global 6000 to fleet

Jet Edge has taken delivery of its second Global 6000 in the past 90 days. The new Global 6000 will be based in Tokyo and available for charter.

The new Global 6000 is configured with a forward four-club chair section, a central conference seating arrangement for four and a stateroom that houses a three-seat divan and two executive chairs. Complete with features that will make the flight feel, look and even sound better, the Global 6000 offers entire touch-screen cabin control for its passengers along with improved acoustical insulation, bringing cabin sound to one of the lowest levels in the industry. The aircraft also houses two lavatories, a full forward galley and a state-of-the-art entertainment system in its 335 sq. ft. of overall floor space.

The Global 6000 exemplifies what one would look for in a luxury aircraft, boasting a brand new interior just completed this month. Before even boarding the plane, the aircraft's exterior catches ones eye with an elegant finish and a unique stripe of coral. With plush cream-colored seats offset by dark wood paneling, up to 14 passengers can travel long distances in both style and comfort on this jet, as it easily berths five passengers in three separate areas and is equipped with Wifi.

“We are excited about the delivery of our second Global 6000 and the growth of our Asian operations,” says Bill Papariella, president and ceo of Jet Edge. “The new addition expands our Asia fleet to two Global 6000s, two G650s, a BBJ, two G200s as well as a G350, and continues to solidify our position as one of the leading large cabin aircraft operators worldwide,” states Papariella.

Jet Edge International in association with Asia Jet Partners has operational support and sales bases in Hong Kong. Asia Jet Partners is managed by ceo Mike Walsh and provides sales, dispatch and overall support within the Pacific Rim.
