Hawker Pacific kicks off regional King Air 350i tour

Hawker Pacific, the leading aircraft sales and product support company in Asia, the Pacific and the Middle East, has commenced a demonstration tour of a Beechcraft King Air 350i aircraft across the Asia-Pacific region.
Arriving in the region this month, the aircraft will visit New Zealand, followed by Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia in June, after which it will continue to tour through Asia.
Tony Jones, Hawker Pacific's chief operating officer, Asia said: “We are very excited to show this aircraft to operators throughout the region. The King Air is one of the best-selling business aircraft in the world and this tour has unsurprisingly sparked a lot of enthusiasm amongst our customers.”
The King Air 350i brings considerable improvements to the already class-leading platform, including the Rockwell Collins Venue™ cabin management system and the state-of-the-art Beechcraft Flexcabin™ system.
“This aircraft sets a new standard in cabin comfort, business capability, in-flight productivity and entertainment, and also delivers unmatched fuel efficiency and the lowest operating cost per seat mile, making it the greenest aircraft in its class. It really is the perfect addition to any corporate fleet,” said Mr. Jones.
The aircraft is also perfectly suited for special mission operations thanks to its unique short runway capabilities and impressive performance, and can be adapted and modified for a diverse range of operations including air ambulance, surveillance and maritime patrol, flight inspection or transport and logistics support. The King Air is well regarded by government and civil special mission operators as an extremely reliable and cost effective platform.
“The King Air 350i is one of the most versatile aircraft on the market and comes standard with advanced integrated Pro Line 21 avionics, cabin flexibility and legendary reliability. There are already over 187 King Air aircraft operating in Australia and New Zealand alone,” said Mr. Jones.
The aircraft will tour New Zealand between the 19 and 23 May, east Australia between 2 and13 June, and west Australia between 23 and 27 June.
