Jet Aviation Singapore expands staff to meet growing regional demand

Jet Aviation Singapore has more than doubled the number of skilled workers it employs since 2010; 73 percent of the new employees are local hires. The company plans to hire 13 new aviation professionals in 2014.

To meet growing demand for business aviation services in the region, Jet Aviation Singapore has increased its employee headcount from 59 in 2010 to 123 in 2013. Now at capacity limits, the maintenance and FBO service provider is tripling the size of its hangar facility, which is set to be operational in April 2014.

“We are fully committed to hiring from Singapore's skilled pool of talent and to supporting the infrastructure at Seletar Aerospace Park, which serves our business aviation customers in the region,” says Gary Dolski, vice president and general manager of Jet Aviation Singapore. “Almost three quarters of our employees were hired locally and last year we jointly founded a Licensed Aircraft Engineer Training Program with the Air Transport Training College (ATTC) to help develop a competitive pool of local licensed aircraft engineers and professionals for the business aviation network at Seletar Aerospace Park.”
