Bombardier Aerospace to showcase industry-leading aircraft at 2014 Singapore Airshow

To underline its ongoing commitment to the Asia-Pacific region, greater China and India, Bombardier Aerospace will present a strong line-up of its industry-leading business and commercial aircraft at the 2014 Singapore Airshow. Visitors will also have the opportunity to tour the CSeries aircraft demonstrators that will be on display at Bombardier's CSeries pavilion.

As a world leader in the design, manufacture and support of innovative aviation solutions, and in concert with the company's strategy to expand its geographic footprint, Bombardier Aerospace's activities within the Asia-Pacific region have grown significantly over the past few years. With the demand for commercial and business aircraft forecasted to gain momentum in the region, Bombardier will arrive at Singapore with a selection of its industry-leading aircraft and superior customer support services. On static display will be the Global 6000 and Challenger 605 business jets, and the Q400 NextGen aircraft.

As well, following the recent successful first flights of the CSeries aircraft's first two flight test vehicles (FTV1 and FTV2), invited guests to Bombardier's unique CSeries pavilion will be able to view the full-scale passenger cabin and cockpit demonstrators of this game-changing aircraft.

The Singapore Airshow 2014 will be open to trade visitors from Tuesday, February 11 to Friday, February 14, and to the public from Saturday, February 15 to Sunday, February 16. To discover more about Bombardier's vision to improve and to evolve the world's mobility solutions, visitors are welcome to the Bombardier chalet located at CD 61. The state-of-the-art CSeries pavilion is situated in the static display area. Both the chalet and pavilion will be closed February 15-16.

From light jets to large, ultra long-range aircraft, Bombardier offers a solution to all customers, whatever their requirements may be. Putting our customers First

Bombardier is continuously investing in its global aftermarket services. On February 11, the company will inaugurate its first wholly owned service centre for Bombardier business aircraft customers in the region. The celebration will take place at the Seletar airport-based facility at 18:00 and will be open to media, operators and partners. The facility bolsters a network that already includes numerous Regional Support Offices, spare parts depots and Authorized Maintenance Facilities, serving a growing base of commercial and business aircraft.

Bombardier will also host a regional Maintenance & Operations Conference in Singapore for business aircraft customers on February 18-20, 2014. Following that, Commercial aircraft operators in the region are invited to join the local support team for the Q-Series aircraft Oceania Regional Review on March 5-6, 2014. Operators and potential sponsors can obtain registration details for both events at http://events.aero.bombardier.com/
