Almadion International and Go Aviation Middle East team to reduce UAE carbon footprint

Almadion International the leading aviation supplier of aircraft dry wash products and Go Aviation the largest corporate aircraft appearance company in the MENA region have decided to work together to help reduce the carbon footprint of the UAE. Almadion and Go Aviation have agreed to prioritize “going green” by using environmental and user friendly dry-wash technology.

Almadion is supplying Go Aviation with dry wash and environmental friendly products that are used to clean and sanitize aircraft. This initiative has brought the companies to work together by introducing and performing dry wash services for customers in the region. The two companies contribute innovative efforts on reducing the CO2 emissions of the UAE.

As an example, a typical frequent wet wash for a Hawker 800 will utilize approximately 1000 liters of fresh water, whereas dry washing will require less than 8 liters of water to clean the same aircraft. This type of dry wash is not only better for the environment by reducing water usage, but it also provides UV protection for the exterior of the aircraft and enhances significantly the appearance of the aircraft. Go Aviation president Dennis Cruz said “Airlines and corporate aircraft owners appreciate the opportunity to have a clean aircraft while making a positive impact towards the environment and simply reduce the carbon footprint in the UAE.”
