Bombardier is proud to join its customers, suppliers, government officials and media representatives in celebrating the 50th anniversary of the International Paris Air Show. During this biennial event, Bombardier will showcase its vision for the future of mobility with its innovative, iconic and sustainable aircraft.

"With a number of important milestones close on the horizon, including the first CSeries aircraft flight, we're taking this opportunity to connect with many of our stakeholders, share our enthusiasm for the future and showcase the great progress we are making on product development, our international growth and our commitment to leadership in customer satisfaction."

The three aircraft from Bombardier's portfolio of industry-leading products to be featured on static display include the Global 6000 aircraft, a leader amongst its peers in the ultra long-range business jet category, the technologically advanced Q400 NextGen turboprop and the CRJ1000 NextGen jet, the most recent addition to the world's most successful regional aircraft program.

In addition, guests will have the opportunity to experience first-hand the future of business and commercial aviation travel by visiting the mock-up of the recently launched Challenger 350 business jet and the CSeries pavilion, which is co-located with the static display and dedicated to Bombardier's all-new CS100 and CS300 commercial aircraft.

The International Paris Air Show runs from Monday, June 17, to Thursday, June 20, for trade visitors and Friday, June 21, to Sunday, June 23, for public visitors. The Bombardier chalet, aircraft static display and CSeries pavilion are located at A-282 will be closed on Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23.

Business Aircraft

Bombardier currently holds a 29 per cent share of the European business aircraft market with over 550 of its jets based in the region. The Company is positioning itself to meet industry growth by further strengthening its business jet lineup with six aircraft programs in development, including the Learjet 70, Learjet 75 and Learjet 85 aircraft, the Challenger 350 jet and the Global 7000 and Global 8000 aircraft. The clear leader in business aviation worldwide, Bombardier offers its customers the industry's widest range of private aircraft.

Customer Services

Bombardier is continuously investing in its global aftermarket services and recently implemented a regionalized structure for its Customer Services & Support teams that will help ensure better support to customers locally, with quicker response times and key personnel located in their region and time zone, while ensuring consistency in the support delivered worldwide. In May, Bombardier also announced the expansion of the range of services available to business aircraft operators through its wholly owned Amsterdam Service Centre, which will include engine services and interior refurbishment, as well as aircraft cleaning and detailing services.

Business aircraft on static display

Challenger 350 aircraft: The Challenger 350 jet boasts class-defining performance, a true 3,200 nm (5,926 km) range with full fuel and passenger load and will connect Paris with Lagos non-stop. Building upon the legendary segment-defining Challenger 300 jet, it features a state-of-the-art cabin that maximizes natural light and redefines the man-machine interface, all the while maintaining the performance attributes that have become synonymous with the Challenger family. A mock-up of the cabin and cockpit of the Challenger 350 aircraft will be on static display.

Global 6000 aircraft: The Global 6000 jet's large cabin size and levels of comfort combined with an optional stand-up shower and the Bombardier Vision Flight Deck means it offers a perfect blend of high-speed range capability and traveller comfort. Offering the ultimate in technology, this intrepid jet can link Paris with Tokyo and Paris with Rio de Janeiro, non-stop, with eight passengers and three-to-four crew.
