Bombardier brings support teams closer to customers around world through comprehensive series of technically focused events in 2013

Bombardier Aerospace kicked off a series of customer-focused events with a business aircraft customer briefing in Mumbai, India and a Q-Series aircraft Regional Review in Sydney, Australia. Bombardier Customer Services team members were on hand to host technical sessions and roundtable discussions - all geared toward ensuring customers benefit from increased operational value from their aircraft.

"A cornerstone of our "You. First" promise is being responsive as a service and support organization. This not only means listening and acting upon operator needs, but also placing a tremendous focus on boosting our presence within each of the regions in which our customers operate," said Eric Martel, president, Customer Services & Specialized and Amphibious Aircraft, Bombardier Aerospace. "This year's event calendar is a strong reflection of our focus on worldwide growth and world-class service."

Brazil, Mexico and Austria on deck for business aircraft operators

Business aircraft operators will benefit from a series of regional customer briefings, focusing on Brazil and Mexico. Following last week's event in Mumbai, the Support team will host operators in Toluca, Mexico in April and in Sao Paulo, Brazil in August. This year's full-scale Maintenance and Operation conference for all Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft operators will bring together a cross-section of the Bombardier Customer Services team, suppliers, partners, maintenance technicians and pilots in Vienna, Austria in September. The three-day conference will feature platform-specific updates for all current and older Bombardier business aircraft, as well as briefings from Bombardier's local service and support personnel and senior management.

Commercial aircraft events return to emerging regions

This year's premier event for commercial aircraft operators, the All Series European Regional Review, will bring together the European community of Q-Series, CRJ Series and CSeries aircraft customers. Held in Munich, Germany from May 28 to 30, the regionalized event will focus on operational and maintenance updates, as well as emerging regulations affecting Bombardier operators based in Europe.

In the second half of 2013, the support team for commercial aircraft will also host Regional Reviews for Q-Series and CRJ Series operators in Johannesburg, South Africa and Moscow, Russia. Asia-Pacific Regional Reviews will be held for CRJ Series operators in Chongqing, China and Q-Series operators in Osaka, Japan. Regional Reviews are key opportunities for customers to exchange information and meet with Bombardier personnel from local support teams, engineering, operations, supplier management, spare parts and the Customer Services senior leadership team.
