Euravia is pleased to announce the signing of a two year teaming agreement with Sikorsky Helitech, Australia to provide P&WC PT6T engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services in the Asia Pacific region. Based in Lancashire, England, Euravia specialises in aftermarket services for a wide range of P&WC PT6 engines. The strategic partnership will support Bell 412 and 212 aircraft throughout Australasia. Sikorsky Aircraft Australia Limited is based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and does business as Sikorsky Helitech, a Sikorsky Aerospace Services (SAS) company. SAS is the aftermarket business of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp.

Sikorsky Helitech and Euravia will develop a joint engine MRO strategy for Australia and Southeast Asia to support PT6T-powered Bell 212, Bell 412 and Bell UH 1H helicopters. With satellite offices throughout the region, Sikorsky Helitech is one of the largest providers of aftermarket support in the Asia Pacific area and will offer Euravia a seamless interface to the local and regional customer base. Sikorsky's support will include storage, logistics and distribution services across Australia as well as logistical facilities for shipments to and from Australia and the United Kingdom.
