Dassault Falcon to provide technical support for operators traveling to London Olympics

Dassault Falcon has set up a program to provide special support for Falcon operators flying to London for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games.

In addition to positioning a dedicated customer service manager on site, the company has doubled its Luton Airport GoTeam capacity and taken steps to ensure that ample spares inventories are available in the area. This added capability, including $2 million US in spares, reinforces an already strong Falcon presence in the United Kingdom with three Authorized Service Centers.

"Now that all Falcons are approved for London City Airport operations, we expect even more aircraft to fly to London and are deploying extra personnel and resources to make sure that our operators have the highest level of support as they travel to the event," said Jacques Chauvet, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service.

Falcon owners traveling to the Games may also take advantage of Dassault's "Let Us Know Before You Go" program, which helps ensure that adequate support is available wherever its operators fly. And if necessary, Dassault Falcon's customer service worldwide network, which also includes a 24/7 Technical Center and spares support, is capable of assisting operators around the globe in the event of an AOG.

Dassault Falcon provides similar levels for support for numerous other high profile events where Falcon operators can be expected to be in attendance in higher numbers. These include the World Economic Forum, the Super Bowl and the Daytona 500.
