Issued by Dassault Aviation.
May 19, 2011
Dassault Falcon announced today that it is further expanding its Authorized Service Center (ASC) network with the appointment of Jetalliance Technical Services, GmbH, in Vienna, Austria, as a Line Service Center for Falcon 2000 classic aircraft. This brings Dassault's ASC Network to a worldwide total of 28 facilities after the agreement signed yesterday with Air Works India and Jet Aviation Hong Kong.
"We work closely with members of our ASC Network to be sure that they can provide the service and level of support required by our operators. Jetalliance has the experience and personnel to offer top level support," said Jacques Chauvet, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service at Dassault Falcon. "Vienna is also one of the ten most active airports in terms of Falcon traffic in Europe. Several Falcons are also operated in Austria."
Jetalliance Technical Services is a Part 145 EASA-approved Repair Station that has been actively managing Falcon aircraft since 2006. They will be able to perform all scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance on Falcon 2000 classic aircraft, and will also provide 24-hour AOG support. The 50,000 square foot facility is staffed with 23 certified technicians capable of working on Falcon aircraft. They have also invested significantly in Falcon-specific tooling and spare parts.
Worldwide Support Capabilities
In addition to a global Authorized Service Center Network, Dassault has five company-owned service centers, offering full-service aircraft maintenance and modification facilities. Dassault Service Centers are located in Little Rock, Arkansas; Wilmington, Delaware; Reno, Nevada; Sorocaba, Brazil and Paris-Le Bourget, France.
Each Dassault Service Facility offers 24/7 AOG support, airframe and engine maintenance, paint, avionics installations and upgrades, structural repair, interior completions and modifications, ramp services and FBO amenities.
The Dassault Service Center Network also includes five company-owned Satellite Service Stations in the U.S., Europe and Asia. These facilities are an extension of an existing company-owned service center and are staffed with technicians, AOG support tooling and a targeted inventory of spares. The Satellite Service Stations support basic line maintenance up through 'A' level inspections.
