SD's Plane Simple Ka-band terminal is now fully compatible with Jet ConneX. It will connect immediately with existing and next-gen Viasat GX satellites and more than double the amount of data traffic.

The certification represents the next phase toward the terminal's commercial service introduction. Customers with the Ka-band terminal have immediate access to global coverage with the GX satellite constellation.

Expanded service options will be available to customers using Viasat's GAT-5510 terminal, as well as three upcoming Jet ConneX terminals - SD's Plane Simple Ka-band, Orbit's AirTRx30 and Honeywell's JetWave X.
