The Bell 407 is a large helicopter that is fast and has the capacity to carry a third passenger, such as a loved one. Guardian Flight is transitioning its aircraft in the region to the Air Evac Lifeteam certificate.

Guardian Flight operates throughout the western United States with air medical bases located in 15 states. It is the parent company of Valley Med Flight, which has taken on the Guardian name as of 1 September.
